Michelle's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Argosy University of Atlanta Georgia, where she also received a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy. Michelle obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has 8 years of experience in the counseling field and is licensed in both Georgia and Maryland.
Michelle offers individual, couples, family and group counseling. Her theoretical orientation consist of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and various techniques. Michelle believes that each individuals journey is different therefore the therapeutic process will be also.

Dr. Soyini Richards background includes a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Howard University and Phd in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Richards utilizes all the tools she has acquired as a Christian psychotherapist, school psychologist, business consultant, coaching leadership and over 20 years as a Professor to equip her clients with tools on the path God created them to live. Dr. Richards coaches her clients through life's ups, downs and turn arounds to live your best life. In addition, she has helped clients navigate through challenges with family, romantic and workplace relationships. She helps her clients navigate through their individual development, tap into true confidence, learn how to say "no", discover your calling and purpose, guide you to deep "inner" work, develop resilience, overcome barriers, redesign and transform. Dr. Richards develops a partnership with her clients based on trust and mutual responsibility in an atmosphere that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, growth, and accountability. She helps you find creative solutions, step out of you comfort zone, learn, and grow. Her coaching strategies aid in clients discovering strengths, develop their skills, and strengthen their relationships.
